    I totally agree with location, diet, and activity affecting how long pork would taste. Because it would relate to the amount of fat present in the meat, and what nutrients/vitamins go towards their growth. And it would be, what they are eating leading up to slaughter. So you’d want to cultivate the qualities in people that you would within other meat sources.

    Diet is the big one, because it is what fuels the development of muscle/fat etc. I wonder if vegetarians taste better, since grass fed can end up having better marbling in muscle tissue…

    All I’m saying is, there was a reason Hannibal was feeding Bedelia chestnuts.

    • What I’m learning from this is that Canadians think about how people taste a LOT.
