Those of us who cultivate a mindful practice get pretty excited to share that practice with others. I’ve discovered a host of free tools online to help you develop a mindfulness practice of your very own!
Mindfulness, says Jon Kabat-Zinn, is “paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally, to the unfolding of experience moment to moment.” Developing a practice of mindful awareness can help decrease stress and increase a person’s sense of well being.
